Behavior Reduction 101: Individual Q&A
Individual Session with Q&A, lead by a BCBA/BCABA
Service Description
"Think of this as your behavior‑decoding survival class, taught by a BCBA/BCaBA who eats, sleeps, and breathes behavior reduction. In this up‑to‑two‑hour virtual training, you’ll sit down with someone who has seen every behavior under the sun. Our BCBA is someone who can spot a function of behavior from 40 feet away, identify a trigger before you even finish the sentence, and has personally survived more meltdowns, refusals, and “I’m suddenly made of spaghetti” moments than any human should reasonably endure. Whether your child is neurodivergent, neurotypical, spicy, dramatic, strong‑willed, or simply a small human with very big feelings, this class will help you understand why behaviors happen, what they’re communicating, and how to respond in ways that actually work—not just in theory, but in real life, with real kids, on real Tuesdays when everyone is tired. This is not a lecture. This is a judgment‑free, shame‑free, “you’re doing better than you think” space where we talk about behavior honestly, with humor, compassion, and the kind of real‑world examples that make parents say, “Okay, wow, that’s literally my house.”"
